The Nut House
The Nut House first opened over 40 years ago selling only native pecans. Since that time the business has grown into a full time endeavor serving individual customers and businesses with nuts, confectionery treats and gifts. We operate out of a log cabin, built with pecan wood, which was originally constructed to house the pecan cracking operation.
Claremore Lake Park
Claremore Lake Park was developed in 1929 with the completion of the dam. Prior to 1929, this area was farm land and large rock bluffs with Dog Creek running through it. Dog Creek travels from the north and is the main feeder creek for hte Lake. Located on 1200 acres off of East Blue Starr Drive, this is the perfect place for relaxation for the whole family.
